Entrepreneur's Rant

As an Entrepreneur one thing that pains me too deep in my soul is, when i look at my start up not scaling to the degree i want it to scale. For this I don't blame anyone but me. There are few mistakes i've made as a solo entrepreneur 
1- I have not hired office manager. I wasted time scheduling meetings after meetings.
2- I've not hired CFO while being focused on CTO. Getting my books in order could have prevented me  from losing my Tech stuff.
